    InPro's 1200 Series watertight foam seal is a pre-compressed, open-cell polyurethane foam impregnated with a water-based acrylic, designed to create a continuous watertight seal in wall-to-wall, wall-to-floor, and floor-to-floor expansion joints. High-density foam sealant contains open cell polyurethane foam impregnated with a water-based acrylic sealant.

    • Creates watertight seal across joints
    • Resistant to weathering, UV exposure, and environmental conditions
    • Suitable for vertical and horizontal expansion joints including walls, floors, and decks

    Specifications

    Construction Details:

    • Wall-to-Wall or Wall-to-Corner Easy Installation: Each 5-foot section comes pre-compressed with a "peel-and-stick" adhesive backing, significantly reducing labor time on-site
    • Includes:
      • Field-applied sealant used for seams and transitions.
      • Single Coated (Standard): For floor-to-wall or wall-to-corner setups, this system is typically configured with a single-sided silicone coat, 5' (1.5m) pre-compressed foam. This layout is ideal for joints where only one surface is exposed to view, ensuring a clean finish on the visible face while maintaining a secure seal.
      • Double Coated (Dual Sided): This version features a silicone layer on both faces, designed specifically for wall-to-wall or floor-to-floor intersections. It is the ideal choice for partitions or slabs where the joint is accessible from either side, ensuring a clean, finished appearance regardless of the viewing angle.
