Return Policy

    At Koffler Sales, we stand behind the quality of our flooring and wall protection products. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase while maintaining a fair and transparent policy.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

    • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
    • Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it.

    Standard Returns

    Because our products are often produced to order, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. However, if you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or error:

    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition in the original packaging.
    • A restocking fee of up to 40% may apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

    Non-Returnable Items

    To maintain quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

    • Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
    • Clearance or final-sale products.

    Return Process

    Contact our Returns Department by e-mail at returns@kofflersales.com. Please include your order number, name / company name, complete description and quantity, including reason for return:

    • Upon approval, you will receive an email back with a return authorization number (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
    • Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
    • Ship the product back to the address specified using a trackable service.
    • Once inspected, eligible refunds (less shipping and applicable restocking fees) will be issued to the original form of payment.
    Unauthorized returns may be refused.

    Additional Notes

    • We recommend ordering samples before purchasing to ensure color, size, and finish are suitable for your project.
    • Please double-check measurements and product specifications before ordering, as customer choice errors are not considered defects.
