  • Specifically designed to accommodate flooring installation in either a dry-to-the-touch (pressure-sensitive) or semi-wet state, allowing for easy repositioning.
  • Choose between the trowel or roll-on application method based on your type of flooring.
  • You'll have the flexibility to work for up to 12 hours, providing ample time for installation and adjustment.

Construction Details:

  • Resistant to concrete moisture vapor levels of up to 99% RH
  • Substrates recommendation: Concrete (structurally sound), Absorbent terrazzo on concrete, Patching, leveling or fill materials, APA-grade underlayment plywood - untreated, Properly primed Gypsum underlayment's (above-grade only), Radiant-heated subfloors not to exceed 85F (29C)
  • Other approved, non-porous materials: Non-porous (non-absorbent) cementitious terrazzo, Epoxy coatings, Epoxy terrazzo, Existing resilient flooring (fully adhered, non-cushion backed), Certain metals
  • Up to 12 hours of available working time or laying-in time, depending on your preference.
  • Time to Traffic: Drying times are determined based on a temperature of 70F (21C). If the substrate temperature is low or the ambient humidity is high, it will take longer for the drying process to complete. Providing sufficient ventilation and heat can accelerate the drying process. Heavy Traffic/Heavy Loads - 72 hours and Light/Normal traffic - 24 hours.
