Description

Chemsol Anti-Slip Coatings - Provide critical anti-slip protection on a variety of surfaces ensuring pedestrian safety and confidence. Chemsol 75 - is an economical, easy-to-apply, anti-slip floor and deck coating. For indoor or outdoor use. Its water-based, flexible acrylic formulation offers excellent adhesion to asphalt, concrete, wood, metal and more.

Formulated for moderate residential and industrial pedestrian traffic (non-vehicle traffic) and offers easy clean up. Because it's one component, it can be resealed and saved for future use

Chemsol 2500

is designed for use indoors and out and offers superb slip-resistance in both heavy duty industrial and residential settings. Adheres well to asphalt, concrete, wood, metal and more, Chemsol 2500 is a 100% solids, two-component fast-curing epoxy that is low odor and VOC/HAP free.

Features extreme durability, abrasion, wear, and impact resistance.
Both products can be submerged in water after 7 days of curing.
Easy to clean, it offers excellent chemical resistance to oil, gas, hydraulic fluids, acids, caustics and most solvents
Can withstand automotive traffic and is fire retardant when dry
Primer recommended for optimal adhesion

Achieve best results when applied with a roller, but a trowel or spray application is also an option
For non-vhecle use on walkways, entryways, steps, decks, and more (concrete, wood or metal and more)
Simple cleaning. Use of an all-purpose cleaner/degrease mixed with water and a fiber bristled brush is all that's typically.
Rinse with water and let dry

Chemsol 2500

Ideal for high-traffic pedestrian and vehicle areas and is suitable for marine environments
Available in 9 attractive, versatile colors
Can withstand vehicle and pedestrian traffic
Can be applied over concrete, wood or metal and more
Achieve best results when applied with a roller, but can be sprayed on as well
To clean, just hose down or a use low pressure washer setting and scrub brush
Use on ramps, walkways, entryways, steps, industrial, kitchen and boiler room floors, diamond plate, and more

Chemsol primers are highly recommended after surface preparation in order for maximum topcoat adhesion to the surface.

Wood, concrete, and porous surfaces: Chemsol Waterborne (WB) Epoxy Surface Primer is a low odor, low VOC, two component water-based epoxy primer that provides excellent adhesion for Chemsol flooring and deck products on concrete, wood, tile and other porous substrates. Metals and fiberglass: Chemsol Metal Primer is a two component general purpose epoxy primer for use under floor and deck coatings. It is suitable for marine and industrial environments. Chemsol Metal Primer has excellent chemical resistance to oil, gasoline, acids, caustics, hydraulic fluids and most solvents.

Asphalt: Chemsol Acrylic Primer: is a zero VOC and water based one component acrylic primer that is designed to increase the adhesion of Chemsol 75 Anti-Skid floor coating. It is designed for use on porous surfaces including asphalt, concrete and wood. Chemsol Acrylic Primer is easy to apply and offers excellent adhesion.
