Do you have any protectors for a rounded edge? The 90 degree edge protectors just don’t work. Thank you
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your question. Please check out this product and look for the items that say Bull Nose. That’s a rounded corner for 90° Angles.
Thank you,

Can these be cut to custom length? I am looking to get 4 at .75 x .75 x 78 inches white, self-adhesive. Thanks!
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your question. Yes, you can cut these to size by using an electric saw or Hacksaw.

I thought “Terrific just what I designed in my head but never saw sold anywhere!” Your product gave me such a rush...for a few minutes! The Vinyl corner guards to put on the outside corners of my house! My house has asbestos siding and the metal corners look awful. I want to have the look of a vinyl sided house with a 3-4” white trim over the corner. I have applied vinyl siding before and I know those corners go on first, however I was looking to not disrupt the asbestos and just apply Your product over the existing corners. Why are these NOT suitable for outside use? I’m crushed! I don’t have the money to tear off the asbestos and side with vinyl siding to get the trim work look I desire. My house needs a pick me up in curb appeal desperately. I don’t trust the aluminum corners you sell as I always see paint coming off of metal and having 2 stories I don’t want to be repainting ever! What is the reason these are not appropriate for my needs? Thank you! Donna
Hi Donna,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, they are not designed for outside use as they will loose their adhesion. You may want to try 1 or 2 grads as a test with holes and screws and see how it holds. However, we can not guarantee it will work.
Thank you,

Hi -- I just received my corner guard (order #245833) and unfortunately the color is totally off from what I need.
Before I attempt to reorder, do you offer color samples?
I'm now looking at item #A677 and considering colors Sawdust, Shoreline and Mocha. (For further background, I'm attempting to match color to Trex 'Beach Dune').
Thank you!
Maggie
Hi Maggie,
Thank you or your question. Yes, we offer free samples. Please e-mail us your address along with your request to samples@kofflersales.com

How thick are these? Thank you
Hi Kristin,
Thank you for your question. It really depends on the size. Here is the chart:

1-1/8” (29mm) x 1-1/8” (29mm), .075” thickness (1.9mm), 90°
1-1/2” (38mm) x 1-1/2” (38mm), .075” thickness (1.9mm), 90°
2” (51mm) x 2” (51mm), .100” thickness (2.5mm), 90°
2-1/2” (64mm) x 2-1/2” (64mm), .100” (2.5mm), 90°, 135°, or Bullnose
3” (76mm) x 3” (76mm), .100” thickness (2.5mm), 90°

I live in a newly purchased home that has corner guards. They keep falling off. The adhesive is not working. What kind of adhesive is it? Can I get new to put on? Thank you. Vickie Hedrick.
Hi Vcki,
Thank you for your question. We do sell a liquid adhesive, but not the double sided tape. Here is a link to the liquid adhesive. You will need to make sure all the tape has been removed first. https://kofflersales.com/p/plastic-corner-guard-adhesive.asp

Hello! If I cut the colored corner guards to size, will the cut side be white or the same color as the guard? And if white, can it be painted? Thank you!
Hi Christelle,
Thank you for your question. The cut side will be the same color as the outside. However, because of the saw cut, it will be a dull finish and not as attractive.
Thank you,
The Koffler Team
Hello. I'm looking at purchasing corner guards A677,8 ft long, and I'm not sure which color is the best match for my paint (pearl grey, silver grey or summer fog). I'm wondering if you sell samples. I'd appreciate if you could let me know. Thank you. Christelle Maginot. 44 Penzance Rd. Stamford, CT 06902

Can I use these to edge a table?
Hi Hailey,
Thank you for your question. Yes, although it's not designed for non corner guard applications we have had many customers use the product for the edge of tables and countertops. In fact, we have an item that uses the same product to protect bar stool rails. Here is the link, https://kofflersales.com/p/bar-stool-foot-protectors.asp?cid=56

I'm looking to order a guard to hide some piping in a corner in my garage but I want it to match the paint, the paint color is "shaker beige" by sherwin williams. Is there a way to get a sample of the material so I know it will match? Thanks
Hi Matthew,
Thank you for your question. Yes, you can receive free samples anytime. Please feel free to e-mail your request to samples@kofflersales.com. As another option, please copy and past this link to our paintable corner guards were you can actually paint the guards the exact color, http://kofflersales.com/p/corner-guards-plastic-paintable.asp?cid=56

What is the difference between A673 and A677 seem pretty similar. Looking to use in a bathroom to hide where tile ends on a wall. Thank you
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your question. A673 has a smooth surface and A677 has a textured, almost like an orange skin surface.
Thank you,

is this product for outside corners? i am looking for pricing and images for the same product idea, but for INSIDE corners.
thanks in advance for your time.
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, this product is designed for outside corners. You can use our product A673, however the walls have to be completely straight and the corners 90 exactly degrees. Here is a link to A673, http://kofflersales.com/p/corner-guards-clear-and-colored.asp?cid=56

I live in an assisted living apartment and operate a power chair. 99% of the time I do a good job of navigating and don't damage anything. But the bathroom is hard to negotiate and I think the textured corner guards look promising. How difficult is it to install the peel and stick corner guards? Can they be removed later if changing tenants? If not, will they stay nice looking for a long, long time? Do they clean well? Thank you for you comments.
Hi Kathleen,
Thank you for your question. Yes, the Textured Corner Guards are a great solution and look fabulous. Unfortunately, they are not easily removable. The peel and stick does an excellent job adhering to the walls. They are easy to install and will last a very long time. If you would like something that is removable and temporary, please copy and paste this link to view. http://kofflersales.com/p/door-frame-protection.asp?cid=63

Can these PVC corner guards be used outside? I live in the Pacific Northwest and I'm wanting something that I don't have to paint after every winter on my front porch. I would be using your product to cover the edge of my trex decking. I look forward to your reply. Thanks!
Hi Bill,
Thank for your question. Unfortunately, these guards are not recommended for outdoor use plus they cannot be painted on. Your best choice is our Stainless Steel Corner Guards (#A674). Please copy and past this link to view, http://kofflersales.com/p/stainless-steel-corner-guards.asp?cid=56

Hi we are looking to finish the edge of a platform base for a Woodburn ingredients stove. Tile top edge and morter/cement board side face. What is the temperature specs on the corner guards? Other options? Thx
Hi Teresa,
Thank you for your question. We would not recommend this product for anywhere close to a heat source. However, please take a look at these products. http://kofflersales.com/p/stainless-steel-corner-guards.asp?cid=56 http://kofflersales.com/p/diamond-plate-wall-corner-guards.asp?cid=56 http://kofflersales.com/p/aluminum-corner-guards.asp?cid=56

Our dog likes to scratch her back on the wall corner and wore the paint and drywall down to the metal drywall corner. We're getting ready to fix and paint the walls, but need something to protect the corners. What installation would you recommend that would stay on the wall if we can't break her of this and what is the widest width? She is a big dog...mastiff. Also, not sure how to match or coordinate the color with the wall. Do you have a flyer with the colors that I could match up to a paint chip?
Hi PAM,
Thank you for your question. Our products are used quite often for this same application. It would be recommended to apply the guards with adhesive or with holes and screws. However, with a large dog like this it might be best to use both applications (drilled) and purchase adhesive, here is the link to our adhesive http://kofflersales.com/p/plastic-corner-guard-adhesive.asp Probably use a 2" guard or wider.
Thank you,
The Koffler Team
This corner guard product looks like just what I need. However I don't see the smaller size I need. Do you have smoething in 1/4 X 1/4 size. Can you advise me of what to look for if this is not avaailable?
Hi Bill,
Thank you for question. The smallest wing size for this product is 3/4" x 3/4". We carry over 18 different style corner guards and the smallest wing size is 5/8", and that comes in clear only. Please copy and paste the link to view this product, http://kofflersales.com/p/corner-guards-clear-and-colored.asp?cid=56

I want to finish the corners of a shower and some of the corners will be exposed to water. Not a lot of water but some also will the moisture prevent the peel and stick from staying on. Can this product be using in this application?
Hi Ron,
Thank you for your question. We would not recommend any peel and stick corner guards to be exposed to water. However, we would recommend our Vinyl Corner Guards in the plain backing, so they can be mounted with adhesive. Please copy and paste this link to view this product. http://kofflersales.com/p/corner-guards-clear-and-colored.asp?cid=56
Can I paint these guards? Thank you.

I am wanting to use this product to trim out the vinyl flooring that was installed in my RV. There are some rounded areas. Is this vinyl flexible enough to heat and bend around some fairly large radius corners. If not, do you offer a product that would work?
Hi David,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this product is too rigid to bend. Please feel free to look at these products, they may be more appropriate for the application you described. Please cooy and paste this URL, http://kofflersales.com/floor-edging.asp

My textured corner guards are beautiful! Do you have any color-matched Phillips head screw caps to hide the screws. I can find them online, but matching the color and screw size is a chore.
Hi Warren,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have color-matched screws. Some of our customers have taken a guard to a paint store were they can computer match a color for you.
Thank you,

I am very interested in these corner guards to finish a bathroom ledge tile job. However we would need a miter cut. Can you do these cuts also?
Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we can not miter cut these corner guards for you. However, it's certainly possible to do if you have an electric miter saw.
Thank you,

Recently completed commercial project using 4" rubber base moulding throughout and would like to give the corners a clean look. My question is can your corners be cut to length? (specifically, to match the 4" base moulding height)
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your question. Yes, these corner guards can be cut to length. You can either do it yourself with an electric saw, or give us a call and we can review your specifications, and we can cut them for you. Please feel free to call, 888-355-6287.
