Description

Schluter®-KERDI-DRAIN ADAPTOR KITS for use with Commercial Clamping Ring Drains convert traditional commercial clamping ring drains to integrated bonding flange drains. Ideal for applications where removing the clamping ring drain is not practical. The stainless steel adaptor ring with an overmolded rubber gasket is used to replace the clamping ring and attached to the drain body using the clamping ring bolts. The connection is made watertight via the rubber gasket and KERDI-FIX adhesive/sealant. The commercial bonding flange then slides into the adaptor ring and seals against the rubber gasket. Commercial Adaptor Kits are available with either an ABS or Stainless Steel bonding flange. The ABS models come in either standard size or extended size to accommodate different tile assembly thicknesses. KERDI-DRAIN Adaptor Kits are designed for use with mortar bed and Schluter® KERDI-SHOWER-ST shower tray applications. Commercial drain adaptor kits feature an integrated bonding flange and grate assembly, adaptor ring, and KERDI-FIX sealing and bonding compound.

Construction Details:

Schluter Commercial Drain Adaptor Kits are used to convert traditional commercial clamping ring drains to integrated bonding flange drains when removal of the clamping ring drain is not practical.
