A mixture of Portland cement and various hydraulic cements. It is a latex leveling compound that is both self-leveling and suitable for trowel application. This compound excels in adhesion, flexibility, and resistance to moisture. ARDEX K 60 is versatile and can be applied to smooth surfaces such as interior concrete, wood, terrazzo, ceramic and quarry tiles, steel, certain epoxy coating systems, as well as non-water-soluble adhesive residue on concrete. It is an ideal choice for preparing surfaces before installing finished flooring, whether it's on, above, or below-grade.
