Construction Details:

• High-strength, high-performance self-leveling underlayment and repair mix
• High-hydrated cement technology
• Fast cure times! Ready for tile in 3 to 4 hours, light foot traffic in 2 to 3 hours, and vehicle rubber-wheel traffic after just 3 days
• For use with interior concrete and engineer-approved floors only
• Used to level, smooth, and repair interior residential, commercial and institutional floors before the installation of floor coverings
• Great for use in residential, commercial, and institutional installations like hotels, apartments, office buildings, hospitals, stores, schools and more
• Gray powder comes in 50 pound bag
• Do not install over any flooring products, any adhesives, or any substrates containing asbestos Thickness should not exceed 1-1/2"
• Ultraplan® 1 Plus must be covered with a finished floor system - not to be used as a final wear surface
• Installation temperature range for Ultraplan® 1 Plus must be between 50°F and 90°F
• Do not install over moving control joints or over expansion joints
• Do not install if the substrate has a moisture vapor emission rate (MVER) exceeding 5 lbs per 1,000 sq.ft. per 24 hours (See product data sheet below for more information)
• Do not install over luxury vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, self-stick vinyl tile, luxury vinyl plank, glue-down wood flooring, particleboard, hardboard (Masonite), Lauan panels, waterproofing, crack-isolation or sound control membranes, gypsum-based materials, or any other non-dimensionally stable materials
• Cleanup: wash hands and tools promptly with water before hardening occurs. Note: cured material must be mechanically removed
• Approximate coverage per bag: 1/16" thickness coverage 104 sq.ft., 1/8" thickness coverage 52 sq.ft., 1/4" thickness coverage 26 sq.ft., 1/2" thickness coverage 13 sq.ft.
