Uncovering a 1988 Koffler Sales Product Catalog

Koffler Sales Catalog sold listing on ebay.

Every so often, I do a quick search on eBay for “Koffler Sales” just to see what pops up. Usually, it’s spare floor trim or some leftover material from a job. But recently, something completely different showed up—a 1988 Koffler Sales product catalog.

I’ve seen old catalogs pop up before, but mostly for big consumer brands like JC Penney or Sears. So I was honestly shocked to see our catalog listed. It looks like it was originally mailed to a customer in Florida. Decades later, it somehow made its way to a eBay seller in Tennessee. I don’t know if it came from an estate sale or a warehouse clear-out, but I knew I had to have it—so we bought it.

Before websites and digital catalogs, this is how Koffler Sales connected with customers—through mailers and printed guides. This catalog is a reminder of where we started and how far we’ve come. While the formats have changed, our commitment hasn’t: we still focus on durable, high-quality wall and floor protection products and making it easy for customers to get exactly what they need.

The 1988 catalog is a time capsule of our early product focus. It features a specialized range of industrial and commercial matting systems designed to improve safety, cleanliness, and durability. The lineup includes mats and stair treads built for entrances, kitchens, stairways, lobbies, locker rooms, and even computer areas—engineered to handle heavy foot traffic and resist wear. Alongside the matting, there are standout products like the Industrial Corner Guard and the Vinyl Cove Base, both of which are some of most popular products today.
