Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee covers all the products we provide our customers. Also, if a customer is dissatisfied in any way with a product, we guarantee that we will replace the product or refund your money minus shipping fees (restocking fee may apply). Due to health and safety precautions all PPE products are final sale, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
  

Net 30 days from invoice date with approved credit. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

For orders outside of the United States, Koffler is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

  


All prices are in US $. We aim to keep our pricing competitive; however, at times it is necessary to increase our prices.

 

There are some products labeled “Same Day Shipping.” We do our best to ship these specific items on the same day if received before 12:00pm CST on Monday-Friday. Orders received during other times will be shipped on the next business day.

International orders are not eligible to receive promotional gifts or free shipping at any time. Orders are shipped F.O.B. origin; prepaid & add. Due to size limitations it is sometimes necessary to ship by common carrier in which case we will try to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Customer-specified carriers will be shipped freight collect.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.
