Looking at your Inpro wall guard system will these work on an outside 10ft radius curved wall? We really only need about a foot and two ends to protect from a refrigerator handle.

No, you don't need any connector pieces. Just mount the 2 Aluminum Retainers next to each other.

I note that this product only comes in 12' lengths.
If I were to, say, cut one into three, 4 foot lengths,
what additional parts would I need? End caps? What else?

The only additional parts you would need are the extra end caps.
