Hi! We are purchasing the Rubber Corner Guards and would like to confirm what would be the best adhesive to use on a drywall covered metal column for a daycare. The two links below were what popped up as recommended, but I wanted to know which one would be less volatile. Additionally, will the vinyl adhesive work for the rubber one? Thank you! https://kofflersales.com/p/stair-treads-and-corner-guard-adhesive.asp?lc=P OR https://kofflersales.com/p/stair-tread-epoxy-adhesive.asp?lc=P
Hi Belle, Thank you for your question. Since there’s both rubber and vinyl corner guards on this page. We show two different adhesives, one for rubber and one for vinyl. The rubber adhesive is to be used exclusively for our rubber corner guards. Thank you, The Koffler Team
How do you install this on a 135% corner, 45% wall.
Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. We would not recommend installing this product on a 135 degree corner. However, for a 45 degree corner you would use our adhesive which is listed in the Related Products tab on this product page. Also, here is a link to a comparable product which is offered in a 135 degree application, https://kofflersales.com/p/inpro-flexible-corner-guards.asp?cid=2590 Thank you, The Koffler Team
We are thinking of these to protect two corners in our garage, but we don't want to adhere them to the corners in the event we want to remove them some day. Can we screw them into the garage walls?
Hi Lisa, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can screw them to your garage walls, please make sure you use screws that are specific to the type of walls. Also, use washers on the outside of the corner guards to keep them in place. Thank you, The Kofller Team
I’m looking for foam bumper material for the edge of a stainless steel vent over a stove. My boyfriend keeps hitting his head. Want as small profile as possible. What sizes and colors would you recommend? Do you have a gray that would blend with stainless? If not, black would work.
Hi Cheryl, Thank you for your question. If you click on the color tab you can see a selection of many colors, of which Grey is one. Also, please take a look at this product even though it doesn't come in Grey, A1303 http://kofflersales.com/p/safety-foam-bumper-guards.asp?cid=850 A concern would be if there's any heat exposure to the product which may cause a safety issue. Thank you, The Koffler Team
Can this product be applied to ceramic tile surfaces in outdoor applications?
Hi Michel-Jean, Thank you for your question. Yes, it can be installed over ceramic tile in outdoor applications. However, we would specifically recommend the Rubber corner guard vs. the Vinyl for this intended use. Thank you, The Koffler Team
Looking to use your product on a wood deck edge that is over my above ground pool. I would need about 7 of the 54" sized pieces. Do you think this would hold up and I'd like to see a color chart of the many colors available..thanks
Hi Paul, Thank you for your question. Yes, the Rubber corner guard will hold up fine. For color selection please return back to this product page and you will see a tab labeled, "Colors". Select that tab and you'll see the various colors. Thank you, The Koffler Team
i have a curved step that I need something like this to go around the top edge of, Is this flexible enough to curve around the top edge?
Hi Berh N, Thank you for your question. It is firm rubber and may flex a bit. However, the best solutions for steps are our Stair Nosings. Here is a link to that product category. http://kofflersales.com/stair-nosing.asp Thank you, The Koffler Team
I am looking at getting the rubber corner guard for my garage. The corner I will be installing this on is all brick. I assume the corner guard itself will be fine, but what is the best way to attach it? Can these be screwed on? If not, what is the best adhesive? Thanks.
Hi Robert, Thank you for your question. Please click on the "Specifications" tab for this product and on the right you will see installation instructions. On the left is a link for the rubber adhesive. Also, here is a direct link for that adhesive, http://kofflersales.com/p/stair-tread-epoxy-adhesive.asp Thank you, The Koffler Team
I have bullnose corners in my house, also off angled. Will either one flex for sharper angles, and fit over 3/4" radius corners?
Hi Chris, Thank you for your question. These will have a little flex, however we don't believe it will fit a 3/4"bullnose corner. If you would like to receive a sample, please e-mail your information to, firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, please look at this product, it comes in a bullnose corner, http://kofflersales.com/p/corner-guards-textured.asp?cid=56 Thank you, The Koffler Team

I'm finishing a Child Care restroom for Toddlers and need a corner guard that is durable while slightly "giving" when little heads bump it. I think your Vinyl Corner Guard #A693 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" is what I'd like. But how do I select the right color? My wall color is Miller 0239 Tailored Tan. Or if I find a comparable "PMS" color you can tell me which material is closest? Or do I buy 3 or 4 sticks of what appears to be best, then return the 3 that don't match and buy 9 more (I have 10 corners that are 44" tall.) Thanks for advice.
Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. Please send us your address and the colors you want to see, we will send you samples at no charge. Please e-mail us at, firstname.lastname@example.org Thank You, The Koffler Team
