| Net 30 days from invoice date with approved credit. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

| All prices are in US $. We aim to keep our pricing competitive; however, at times it is necessary to
increase our prices. We will make every effort to notify our customers before the changes go into effect.

| Shipping limited to USA. Orders are shipped F.O.B. origin; prepaid & add. We ship United Parcel Service when
possible. Due to size limitations it is sometimes necessary to ship by common carrier in which case we will try to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
Customer-specified carriers will be shipped freight collect.

| Merchandise may not be returned unless approved in advance. A return goods authorization number will be issued at that time. A 25% restocking fee will be charged when material is returned. All return shipments are to be sent prepaid. Credit cannot be issued until the material is returned and inspected. Custom cuts, special orders or discontinued products are not returnable.

| We honor all manufacturers' warranties against defects in material and workmanship.
